Clause 1
Introduction and Scope
These conditions apply to visits, account activity, deposits, withdrawals, promotional participation, casino games, live dealer products, sports markets and communications involving ddwin. The conditions remain effective whenever you access ddwin through a desktop computer, mobile browser or another supported device.
Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a clause. Where promotional rules conflict with these general conditions, the more specific promotional rule will apply only to that promotion. A failure by ddwin to enforce one provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
